Whole Smoked Beef Brisket

One whole beef brisket weighing approximately 4.5 to 6.5 pounds.  Trimmed and smoked low and slow for a perfect bark, amazing smoke ring and incredibly moist center,  Brisket will be frozen, vacuumed sealed to insure the freshest quality possible.  Reheat instructions will be included.  All meat is shipped via 2 day air UPS - $49.95 flat rate.  **All orders must be place by Monday for a Wednesday shipping date.  We only ship meat on Wednesdays.
